The cuisine of Trinidad and Tobago reflects its cultural diversity.  No where in the world can you find a more creative, eclectic, mouthwatering selection of Indian, Creole, Spanish, and Chinese dishes. A local cook will prepare breakfast, brunch, and dinner!

Yoga classes will be catered to all levels, including those without experience. Classes will be instructional for ultimate benefit and safety.  Although highly recommended, yoga classes are optional.

Due to seasonal conditions, flexibility will be required. Tours can include: a glide over the blue-green waters of the Caribbean Sea in a fishing boat; a multi-level waterfall and/or a full-day tour around Tobago. After this island tour, we’ll fall into beds, and not wake up till the smell of coffee wafts through the morning air. Unless that rooster…

Within the village, there are walking tours, water sports, snorkeling, scuba diving, boat/fishing trips etc.  Tours outside of Charlotteville include: turtle watching, bioluminescence, rainforest, birdwatching, Buccoo Reef and the Nylon Pool, No Man’s Land, cocoa estate, etc.

Home base is a two-storey wooden villa situated on a lush hillside amidst tropical flowers, and fruit trees.  Peacocks regularly roam the garden. A banana on the birdfeeder is sure to attract a display of colourful, singing tropical birds. Breath-taking panoramic views can be enjoyed on the veranda, overlooking the hills, village, lush rainforest, and Caribbean Ocean.  Walking distance to Tobago’s best beaches!  An ideal setting to nourish, recharge and heal body, mind, and spirit.

Enjoy a digital detox. Although there is Wi-Fi consider limiting use to enhance the benefits of this time away.  This is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and other like-minded individuals in a beautiful location.

Once the group is complete, we meet in-person (or online) to get acquainted, and discuss the exciting details!
