We ensure the highest quality ingredients/products and accuracy of every order, and cannot control handling and storage once they leave our facility. For health and safety of all our customers, all natural skin care products are exempt from being returned or exchanged. We cannot reuse and will not resell these products.
Shipping:
Please note we do not ship any creams or lotions (containing water) during the Winter, nor will these products be placed outside for pick-up during freezing temperatures.
