2 weeks

Almost two weeks gone! Just a quick update since it’s getting tediousย to write in between classes with slow/ no internet connection and just sheer exhaustion!

Lots and lots of meditation. I sure asked for it! Currenty learning various pranayamas and kriya yoga -active meditation is the best way to describe kriya yoga. It involves breathing techniques, sitting postures. awareness of chakras, bandhas and mudras. The pain in my back is now overshadowed by pain from back bends. The asanas…unbelievable! Even the easiest of them all are being taught in a way that has me struggling in a version easier than those I’ve taught. Curious what the next two weeks will bring. Will try to find someone to take some pics of the advanced asanas. Will post those pics hopefully soon!

Monday is our next day off. This time Cherai beach and Fort Cochin….
